Chefkit offers nationwide curbside shipping with delivery for all items (unless additionally specified) to all US states, except (Hawaii and Alaska). For shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska, please feel free to reach out to us for a competitive quote. Shipping normally takes(2-8 ) business days, applicable to unexpected special occasions that might delay the shipments.
Standard Shipping Notes
*Our shipments are not guaranteed delivery, as we cannot control the carrier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders placed and shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date. If an order is canceled or refused (unless refused as damaged shipment) after it has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee and the full freight cost will be charged to the customer.
Upon Receipt
Please only sign for your shipment after you have checked to make sure that it arrived safely and have noted any issues on the delivery receipt. If the packaging shows any evidence of a problem, truck drivers can wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage. The driver is not responsible for unwrapping or helping unwrap any shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to receive and inspect all items before accepting it. DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT IF THERE IS UNACCEPTABLE DAMAGE!
Damage Shipment
If you notice any damage, you are allowed to break the shrink-wrap on the skids to inspect individual items. If any item is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged, you MUST do the following:
- Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (e.g., holes in packaging, 'multiple dents on the table', etc.).
- Keep your copy of the delivery receipt.
- Keep the damaged packaging materials for inspection.
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
- Contact us on the same day.
- Email photos and tracking number to info@chefkitusa.com
If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the proof of delivery, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation or exchanges for damages. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without noting any damages, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition. Chefkit is not responsible for claims made after the shipment is received/accepted/signed for in acceptable condition!
Return & Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@chefkitusa.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange the return and exchange it with a new one free of charge.If an exchange is requested out of customers’ personal reasons, customers are supposed to pay for the return shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee .All returns are subject to approval. All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be made.
Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Receipt of Products
Please check the shipped items’ condition on receipt, and refuse to sign if there are apparently noticeable damages. Please take pictures of the damaged shipping and send us for a free exchange.

Restocking Fee
If an exchange is requested out of customers’ personal reasons, customers are supposed to pay for the return shipping. All approved returns must be in new, unused and undamaged condition (exclusive of items claimed for damage) and with original packages.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@chefkitusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your item is approved for a return, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
